It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roomet Selberg of Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away on December 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Viiu Selberg and Putting; his wife Ingrid Selberg (Peterson); his close friends, Raul (Terry) of Toronto, Ron (Patti), Alberta, Roland (Sandra) and René (Tara) of Belle River; his siblings-in-law, Lennart of Sweden and Marianne (Sten) of Sweden; his half-sister Milvi of Estonia; and also, Eve. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19-related attendance restrictions, the Memorial Service to Celebrate Roomet's Life will be by invitation only at this time and will be officiated by Chaplain Tina Dias.
Memorial donations in memory of Roomet to the "Alzheimer Society of Oxford" can be made through the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes- Burial and Cremation Services Inc., Tillsonburg (519-842-4238), which has been entrusted with all arrangements, with confidence.
