She was predeceased by: her husband Doug "Scrapper" Clark; her parents, Raymond Perry and Flossie Perry; and her siblings, Shirley Lickers and Ted Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly (Michelle) and Doug (Christine); and her siblings, Ray, Anne, Dave, Linda and Charlie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
