He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray and Janice; his daughter Alexis Palen; and his brother-in-law Brian Miller. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son Sam (Becca); his siblings, Debbie Bailey (Bryan), Yvonne Jones (Mark) and Scott Palen (Jackie); his mother-in-law Charmian Burnham; and his siblings-in-law, Jayne Miller and Chris Burnham (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
