He is survived by: his spouse Brenda Cuthbert (Burwell); his children, Kyle and James; his parents, Rick Cuthbert of Copenhagen and Linda Cuthbert of Copenhagen; his sibling Lisa Van Besien (Rick); his sibling's children, Sarah of Dorchester and Joshua of Dorchester; his parent-in-law Mary Burwell; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Burwell (Wendy), David Burwell (Lisa), Melissa Firby (Ryan) and Chris Burwell (Tera).
