She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Cosby and Gladys Cosby (Mayhew); and her brother Wayne. She is survived by: her siblings, Larry (Phyllis) of Stoney Creek, Lorraine (Lyle Robb) of Binbrook, Owen (Gay) of Burlington, Darryl of Hamilton, Maxine of Hamilton, Murray Mako (Kim) of Holland Landing and Ont. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
