We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 85, Thomas Slater of Tillsonburg, Ontario, born in Derby, East Midlands passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Slater and James Slater; and his brothers, Robert and Albert Slater. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his grandchildren, Victoria Slater, Mellisa Slater, Lee Slater, Rory Alvarez and Luke Slater; his great grandchildren, Milana and Amelia; and his siblings, Irene Tinker, Dorothy Hall, Katherine Orme, James Slater and David Slater.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or VON-Sakura House Woodstock, by contacting Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the Slater family.
