He was predeceased by : his sister Nancy Matheson. He is survived by : his wife Pauline Malan; his children, Cindy Malan, Terra and Stefan VanIttersum; and his grandchildren, Kate-Lynn and Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
