He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Veinot and Mabel Veinot (Smith); his parents-in-law, George and Frances Evans; and his brother-in-law Wayne Evans.
He is survived by: his child Eddie Veinot (Amanda) of Calgary, Alberta.; his siblings, Carl Veinot (Debbie) of Nova Scotia, Joe Veinot of Nova Scotia, Bernice Fritz (David), Joan Bent (Arthur), Faye Kyriakakis (Louis), Debbie Aker (Donald) and Diane Marshall (Scott); and his parents-in-law, Linda (Larry Schmeltz), Jackie Graham, Barb Kriston (Bob) and Brian Evans (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
