It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Viktor Knab of Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 96, on May 9, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johann Knab and Maria Knab (Kreisz); and his siblings, Johann Knab, George Knab, Wendelin Knab, Maria Lang, Barbara Hock, Gizella Elter, Teresia Pizag and Eva Baksa.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Knab (Iseli) of Tillsonburg; his daughter Marian (Ed Muth) of Courtland; his grandchildren, Tommy (Nathalie), Nick (Michelle) and Michelle (Sean McCoy); his daughter-in-law Marion Knab; his grandsons-in-law, Marshall (Shirlei) and Anthony (Marilia); his great grandchildren, Julia, Bianca, Marcus, Sophia, Henry, Aoife, Lisa and Camilla; and his sister Josephine Piriti. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to COVID-related attendance restrictions, family and friends that wish to attend public visitation on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 between 3:00 p. m. and 6:00 p. m. must RSVP for time slots in advance by contacting the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes- Burial and Cremation Services Inc., 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg (519-842-4238) between 9am and 4pm.
