It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Carolyn Harper (Tillsonburg, Ontario), born in Courtland, Ontario, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Morley Collings and Marguerite Collings (Buchner). She is survived by : her husband Barrie Harper; and her children, David (Jennifer), Paul (Kim) and Kari (Scott).
