He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Isaac Curtis and Clara Jean Minshall; his former wife Donna Jean (Knights); and his sister-in-law Chandnidei. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Mario Shelton (Precious Shelton) of Etobicoke and Natalya Mantosh (Samuel Mantosh) of India; his grandchildren, Xylah Shelton, Keanu Shelton and Ethan Mantosh; his brother Barry Curtis (Pat); and his brother-in-law Daniel Bryan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations are being accepted for: CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
