It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wray Allan Upper (Tillsonburg, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Helen Upper Devoted; his parents, Vincent Upper and Edna Upper; and his sisters, Beverly and Barbara.

He is survived by: his children, Cindi Studiman, Ron Studiman, Shawn Upper, Kathy Upper of Tillsonburg, Lisa King and Glenn King of Barrie; his grandchildren, Chris (Kitty), Kelsey Studiman, Lauren, Ryan Upper, Mac and Emily King; and his sister Anita Goegan of Port Colborne. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
