He was predeceased by: his former wives, Lucille and Fernande; his children, Celine and Gaetan Proulx (Kelly); his parents, Albert Proulx and Alberta Proulx; his siblings, Leo (Jeanine), Edgar (Mary), Henri, Alice (Paul), Rose (Jack), Lucille (René) and Girard (Line); and his stepchildren, Larry (Darlene), Simone (Roger), Claudette (Raymond), Cecile (late Laurent), Gisele (late Stan), Raymond (Marilyn) and Clement (Danielle).
He is survived by: his wife Janine; his children, Rejean (June) and Yvan (Barbara); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Jean, Gabriel, Lisa, Trudy, Shylo, Dominique and Melanie; his siblings, Pierre (Aurore), Blanche and Noella; and his stepchildren, Shirley (Jim), Linda (Wayne), Sylvie (late Larry), Connie (John), Judy (Jean-Charles), Claire (Don), Diane (Denis), Denis (Pearl) and Mark (Giselle). He is also survived by his twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral and Cremation Centre Inc. (21 Elm St S, Timmins, ON P4N1W4). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral Chapel Address (21 Elm St S, Timmins, ON P4N1W4).
