Bruce Vane Obituary
We announce the death of Bruce Vane (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 66. Bruce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Bruce will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Bruce will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Bruce’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Vane and Madeleine Vane; and his siblings, Geraldine Vane, Ronald "Tuffy" Vane and Beatrice Nadeau.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Vane, Kay Guenette (Denis), Tom Vane and Kenny Vane (late Sharon). He is also survived by nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bruce's memory may be made to Smooth Rock Falls Minor Hockey or to the Town of Smooth Rock Falls to support youth activities at the pool.
