She is survived by: her husband Clark Fleming; her sons, John and Adam Fleming (Liz); her grandchildren, Alexis (Cohle), Harley (Jamy), Renee, Stephen and Reilly; her pet Walter; her friends, Lizzy (Harvey), Selena (Paul), Brenda (John) and Suzanne; and her caregivers, S. W's, Cora, Liz and Bayshore.
