She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurele Lafontaine and Yvonne Lafontaine; her husband John Soroko; and her parents-in-law, Steve and Cecile Soroko.

She is survived by: her children, Jason Soroko and Kelly Soroko; her brothers, Marcel Lafontaine (Helene), Peter Lafontaine (Helen) and Roger Lafontaine (Céline); and her brothers-in-law, Bob (Marlene) and Mace Soroko (Reanne). She is also survived by her cousins, nieces, nephews.
