Edgar Bouchard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2026, at the age of 84, Edgar Bouchard (Timmins, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wives, Noëlla Bouchard and Thérèse Bouchard; his siblings, Laurent Bouchard and Rose Boileau; and his parents, Lorenzo Bouchard and Adelaide Bouchard.

He is survived by: his children, Reynald Bouchard (Gabrielle) and Josée Salmonson (Craig); his siblings, Adele Demers (late Paul), Albert Bouchard (Suzanne), Diane Pichette (late Donald), Helen Vail (Roland Gerig), Suzanne Bouchard (Paul Studholme), Richard Bouchard (Karen) and Lucie Clifford (Bruce); his stepchildren, Shawn Magny (Martine), Randy Magny (Mia) and Kim Boucher (Jeremy); and his stepgrandchildren, Owen, Jacob, Xavier, Adèle, Meagan, Courtney, Alexandre and Krista. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2E2). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2E2).

In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society Timmins-Porcupine District or to the Golden Manor would be greatly appreciated.
