He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmore Gervais and Florence Gervais; his siblings, Gilbert, Don Gervais and Doreen Shultz; and his daughter Mary Gervais.

He is survived by : his children, Gilbert Gervais (Angelique) and Louise Montague (Joey); his grandchildren, Kyle Montague, Corrie Anderson (Dave), Crystal Gervais (Victoria Belanger) and Chase Gervais (Letty Rodriguez); his great grandchildren, Abbygail, Tyson, Jordan, Zoey, Brodie, Parker and Gretchen; his former life partner Carol Gervais; and his siblings, Gail Arseneault and Emery Gervais. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the McIntyre Community Centre (85 McIntyre Rd, Timmins, ON P4N8R8).
