He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Carrière and Armand Carrière; and his brothers, Normand Réjean, Roland and Maurice.

He is survived by: his wife Cecile; his siblings, Jean-Guy (Florence), Suzanne Boisvert (Serge), Adrien (Linda), Gaetan (Ginette), Raymonde Ferrigan and Ernie; and his caregiver Dr. Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
