He is survived by: his son Jacob; his brother Grant (Barbara Groulx); his sister-in-law Maggie; his nephew David Jr. (Chantal Yuskow); his great-nephew Grayson; and his friends, Gregg, Glenn, Dan, Al, Johnathan, Diane, Noel and George.
