He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude MacDonald and Gerald MacDonald; his brother Glen MacDonald (Eija MacDonald); and his grandson Daniel Gervais. He is survived by: his spouse Linette MacDonald; his daughters, Christine MacDonald (Joe Despres) and Tammy MacDonald (Tim Kroezen); his sister Catherine Morandin (Peter Morandin); his aunt Marion; his nieces, Leila, Leena MacDonald and Christen Maria Morandin; and his nephew Guido Morandin. He is also survived by his many close friends and close cousins.
