He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Bazuik and Steve Bazuik; his siblings-in-law, Bob Ryan and Gayle Ballantyne; and his parents-in-law, Violet and Robert Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Erika Bazuik, James Bazuik (Kelli), Robert Bazuik (Crystal) and Michael Bazuik (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jayda, Cash, Von, Nora, Madeline, Camila, Cruz, Valentina and Sofia; his siblings, Gary (Marina) and Linda (Griffon); and his sisters-in-law, Vicky LaPrairie (Reagan), Kathy Hood (Dave) and Kim Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
