It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Barrett of Timmins, Ontario, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Jennifer Barrett; her parents, Clarence Burke and Roselia Burke; and her brother Barry. She is survived by: her husband Bill Barrett; her son Joe Barrett; her daughter-in-law Kate Coulson; her grandchildren, Ella, Layne, Aurora and Roan; and her siblings, Theresa, Jane (Ken Iddison), John (Maddy Burke) and Lawrence.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Maison Funéraire Lessard Funeral Chapel Address (21 Elm St S, Timmins, ON P4N1W4).
In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the March of Dimes Canada would be greatly appreciated.
