He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Costigan and Jean Costigan; and his siblings, Darlene Hall, Raymond and Norman Costigan.

He is survived by: his son Christopher Costigan; his sister Vicky Longley; and the mother of his child Diane Costigan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
