He is survived by: his wife Helene Dault (Labrecque); his stepchildren, Evelyn Hummelle (Kent), Billy Dault, Steven Dault and Brandi Cramer; his grandchildren, Samantha Dault, Jorgia Hummelle, Carter Hummelle and Luke Hummelle; his brother Perry Lizotte (Heather Ladouceur); his cousin Jack Schmidt (Debbie Schmidt); and his pet Buddy.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in his memory to the Timmins & District Humane Society.
