He is survived by: his father Brian Carpenter; his siblings, Laurie Ann Sanford (Bruce), Lindsay Smith (Gord) and Shelley Carpenter; and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Michelle, Bruce, Ethan, Morgan and Jordyn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
