We announce the death of Patricia Dawkins (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her daughter Pauline Chartrand; her daughter-in-law Monica Chartrand; her parents, Pearl Bélanger and Treffley Bélanger; and her siblings, Omer, Leo Belanger, Evelyn Vezina, Marilda Paradis and Helen Olexon.
She is survived by: her husband Guy Dawkins; and her children, Sue (Pat Garrett), Joanne (Earl Lebrun), Paulette (Guy Doiron), Rosanne (Roger Desgagnes) and André (Pauline Chartrand). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2C2). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2C2). A reception was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home Reception Lounge (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2C2).
