He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Malo and Anita Malo; his brothers, Guy and Réjean Malo (Lorraine); and his stepdaughter Natalie (Barabara).

He is survived by: his sons, Robbie (Sherri) and Daryl (Julie); his stepsons, Steven (Yollanda) and Raymond; his siblings, Therese (late Richard Madore) and Michel (Joanne); and his sister-in-law Suzanne. He is also survived by his aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
