He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mikelait and Irene Mikelait; his siblings, Linda, Mitchell and Sandra Mikelait; and his granddaughter Morgan Mikelait.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Lina) and Natasha Mikelait; his grandson Tristan Mikelait (Abby); his siblings, William (Margaret), Jim (Jennifer), Bonnie Lively (Jim) and Tracy Ratté (Joel); his friend Julie; and his close friend Luke Charbonneau. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2E8).
