She was predeceased by: her grandfather John Kataquapit; her siblings, Peter Wheesk (Anastasia), Margaret Cooper (Bill), Nicholas Wheesk (Helen), John Wheesk, George Wheesk (Anne), Joseph Neeswapit, Daniel Wheesk and Madeline Robinson (Michael Dominic); her parents, Emile Wheesk and Euphemie Wheesk (Nancy Wheesk); her grandchildren, Samantha and Taylor; and her great grandchild Aleigha.
She is survived by: her children, Gisele (George), Joseph, Maurice (Jackie), Elizabeth (Kenny), Jacqueline (John Peter), Colette (Dennis), Malesh and Marina; her grandchildren, Tanya, Winter, Waylon, Skylar, Kurtis, Kanisha, Dylan, Mason, Kane, Tyrell, Jade, Tashina, Brayden, Charlie, Kahlee and Summer; her great grandchildren, Tianna, TJ, Tiara, Quintus, Tessa, Johnny, Khaydis, Tobias, Jaxon, Keira, Kree, Kennedy, Kaylon, Kendrick, Cedric, Taylor, Bella, Chase, Kyran, Kasen, Remiya, Kameran, Darrian, Jordan, Justice, Kheziah, Aira, Theodore and Blake; and her great great grandchild Amari. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Angels Church. A burial was held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 at the Fort Albany Cemetery.
