He was predeceased by: his daughter Kim Smith (Jim); his parents, Diana Cochrane and John Cochrane; and his siblings, Alan Cochrane, Florence Plouffe and Anna Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Elma; his children, Kelly Jakubiak (Rick), Kerry Canie (Danny) and Kyle Cochrane; his grandchildren, Kerah (Dave), Tyler (Jess), Daly (Brittany) and McKay; and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Millie, Ellie and Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
