He is survived by : his children, Brian Carpenter, Gary Carpenter (Sue), Allan Carpenter, Cindy Carpenter, Crystal Carpenter (Eric Gourlay), Lynne Hamel (Vic Rudolf), Lyanne Lepage-Gaudette (Stéphane) and Paul Lepage (Josée Desjardins); his grandchildren, Jamie, Jesse (Tori), Maxime, Jacynthe, William, Simon, Brandon (Shawna), Brooke, Cameron, Alexe, Michaela, Dustin, Dale, Laurie, Murray, Lindsay, Ashley and Troy; and his brother Harold Carpenter (Marge). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
