It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvan Cyr (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on August 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Yvan Cyr to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his son Jeffrey Cyr; his parents, Edouard Cyr and Yvette Cyr; and his brothers, Jacques (Judy) and Conrad.

He is survived by : his wife Monique Chenard; his son Keith Cyr (Sylvie); his granddaughter Shanelle; his siblings, Jean-Luc (Diane), Ghislain (Debbie), Paul (Nicole), Michel (Jocelyne), Normand, Alain, Gaston, Dolette (late Oscar) and Linda; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Chenard and Chantal Boudreau-Chenard (late Jean-Marc). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and by his great friends.

Remembrance donations to the Notre Dame du St-Rosaire Church (Gogama) would be greatly appreciated.
