He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cloutier and Aurel Cloutier; and his siblings, Gerry Cloutier (Collette), Leon Cloutier, Collette Lizotte (Joe) and Therese Lajeunesse (Bob).

He is survived by: his son Dan Cloutier (Carol); his grandchild Esme; his son Pierre Cloutier (Sheena); his grandsons, Parker and Owen; the mother of his children Louise Cloutier (Née Rondeau); his brother Norm Cloutier; and his brother-in-law Joe Lizotte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
