She was predeceased by: her son Wade Simmons; her father John Murray; her brother David Murray; her father-in-law Roy Simmons; and her brother-in-law Ken Kraft.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Simmons; her children, Tamara Simmons of Tiverton and Shelby Simmons (Kristen) of Port Elgin; her grandchild Jaxon; her mother Amelia Murray of Clifford; her siblings, Dianne Schieck (Brad) of Arthur, Nancy Gibson (Gary) of Arthur, Helen Murray (Ken Batte) of Arthur and Alphonse Murray (Crystal) of St. Jacobs; and her parents-in-law, Pat Simmons, Randy Simmons (Patrice), Deb Kraft and Richard Simmons (Janny). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Tiverton Initiatives Committee (Community Centre Fund), Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expression of sympathy.
