He was predeceased by: his daughter Monica Dawn Smith; his parents, Catherine Smith and Kitchener Smith; and his brother Terry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jason Smith (Alana) and Pamela Lazecky (Carl); his grandchildren, Judson, Chloe, Silas, Brennan, Lyah and Peter; his brothers, Paul Smith (Lorna) and Norman Smith (Joy); and his sister-in-law Miriam Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
