He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Holmes; his stepfather Alex Holmes; his sister-in-law Janice Holmes; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Williams; his children, Terry Lee Milligan (Peter) and Christopher Williams (Susan Henry); his grandchildren, Ian (Jennifer), Weston (Francine), Cameron (Olivia) and Haily (Eli); his great grandchildren, Auden, Isla, Harrison and Sidney; and his stepbrother Stephan Holmes.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Tobermory United Church (5 Brock St, Tobermory, ON N0H2R0).
