He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandy Kulp (Hughes); his parents, Lou Kulp (Broderick) and Edgar Kulp; and his brother Doug Kulp. He is survived by: his children, Ashley, Kelsey and Mackenzie Kulp; his siblings, Donnie Kulp (Tracy) and Betty Presseau; his sister-in-law Ruth Kulp; his nieces and nephews, Lianne Kulp-Aultman (Kevin), Sarah Droeske (Jason), David, Darren (Cindy) and Candice Kulp; and his grandchildren, Hank and Hazel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lannin Funeral Home (32 Main St E, Smiths Falls, ON K7A1A2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations may be made in Dale's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation or the Ontario SPCA.
