He was predeceased by : his wife Pamela; and his mother Margaret. He is survived by : his children, Jane (Paul Meakin), Bridget, Hugh (Kelly Pope-Wiley), Kate (Glen Sumner), Alison (Joel Rochon) and Sarah (Angus Murray); his sister-in-law Tessa Underwood; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Claire, Madeleine, Alex, Jack, Kate, Will, Sam, Lucy and Hugh.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church, in Orangeville, or Canadian Wildlife Federation.
