He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry (Anita) and Margaret Dupon (late Harry); and his parents, Liekele Pietersma and Martje Pietersma (Cazemier). He is survived by: his children, Bryan Lyckle (Lena Jagersten), Kevin Scott (Amanda Anderson) and Larisa Renée (Phillip Demetro); and his siblings, Jeff (Noni), Harry (Eleanor) and Johanna.
