He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Coculuzzi. He is survived by: his son Paul Coculuzzi (Kim); his grandchildren, Shawn Quinn (Jaime), Justin Quinn, Michael Coculuzzi and Stephen Coculuzzi; his great grandchildren, Paige, Calvin, Shawn and Caleb; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Leo, Mary Lavigne, Joyce Gholson and Connie Coculuzzi.

In lieu of flowers donations to either Sick Kids Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
