He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Juliana), Ross and Emily (John); his grandchildren, Luka, Cera Stewart, Adelaide, Gordon and Jack Osborne; his brother John (Marilyn); and his niece Pamela.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sunnybrook Palliative Care Unit in his honour would be appreciated to help honour Dr. Selby for the wonderful end-of-life care she coordinated.
