He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, Leith Thompson, Patricia McNish, Mauseisa McTaggart, Lavonnie Thomas, Ainsworth McTaggart, Lamelody McTaggart-Ashby and Winnel Stennett-Allen. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 30 Great Grandchildren.
