He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Zender; his children, Geoff Koretsky (Toni Litorja) and Lara Koretsky (Chris Roy); his siblings, Ilsa (Mike Bush) and Sam (Bea Bleicher); his siblings-in-law, Alan and Marilyn Zender; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Victoria, Ruthie and Felix.

A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
