It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ana Cristina Fernandes of Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Sherry Ann Fernandes and Perry Michael Fernandes; her grandchildren, Julia Teresa DaSilva and Ethan Couto; her siblings, Eduarda Tavares, John Tavares and Deborah Tavares; and her parents, Adriano Tavares and Maria Tavares.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes - Bathurst (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T 2S6). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
