She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Scott) and Beth (Bruce); her child-in-law Kim Hancox; her grandchildren, Kelsie, Sandra, Marlee, Quinn, Georgia, Stephen, Mahra and Hanna; her brother Ken (Mary); and her sister-in-law Ruth Hoshkiw.

“Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss. Ann was my music teacher, my fourth grade teacher, my choir director for 20 years, my mentor and my friend. I will always be grateful for her encouragement, her confidence in me, her guidance, and her continues support. Ann helped me to get accepted at the University music program I dreamed of attending. Years later, she proudly attended my wedding and both of my daughter’s baptisms. She was an amazing woman. She will be missed. Anita Cuddy”
