He was predeceased by: his wife Lilliana; and his parents, Luisa Germanese and Francesco Macchione. He is survived by: his children, Melissa and Marcel; his grandson Jackson; his brothers, Carmine (Michelle), Vince (Rose) and Mario (Sandra); his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline, Paul, Chelsea, Elizabeth, Francesco, Victoria and Marco; and his great-nephew Miles.
Due to the current COVID–19 restrictions, the visitation and funeral services will remain private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Antonio Macchione can be made to the Christie Ossington Neighborhood Centre ('Shelters, Drop-in and Housing Program' Fund) and/or The Scott Mission.
