He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose and Estrela. He is survived by: his wife Maria Chora; his son Victor; his daughter-in-law Susie; his grandchildren, Jordan and Tristan; and his siblings, Joao, Jose, Rosario, Carlos, Sofia, Estrela, Duarte and Maria Jesus.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes-Bathurst Time (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T2S6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (588 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M6J3P8). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Prospect Cemetery (1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6).
