He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Sintnicolaas and Johanna Sintnicolaas; his wife Elisabeth Sintnicolaas (Martensen); his son Arnold Sintnicolaas Jr.; his brothers, Gus Sintnicolaas and Adrian Sintnicolaas; his half-brother Joop Sintnicolaas; and his sister Cynthia Shadwell.

He is survived by: his children, Theo, Roland, Robinson, Elizabeth and Michelle; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Deanna, Malina, Candace, Robbie and Tommy. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
