He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Small (Simms) and Harold Small; and his brother Carson Small. He is survived by: his stepmother Maxine Small; his siblings, Ivan Small, Marsha Richards (Dwayne) and Melanie Small; and his siblings' children, Stephen Small (Lori), Janet Small (David), Brendan Richards and Aiden Richards.
